Farm house resorts or plots are in 12.5 acres of land which has fully grown fruits bearing mango trees. The sizes of each plots varies from 9 to 10 Guntas (1 Gunta = 121 Sq.yard). Each plots of 10 Guntas consist of 25 t0 30 mango trees. Our farm house and resort is fully secured and it is a gated communities. (barbed wire fencing with gate and security)

Property Management Services
Our team takes the responsibilities of maintaining your mango farm which includes proning of trees, use of pesticides, fertilizers and watering to the mango trees by latest drip irrigation methods. The services are provided at a cost. We will also help you in selling the mango yield from your farm, and money received there by will be handed over to you after adjusting the expenses incurred.
Form House Construction
We will take up the construction of the cottage, which will consist of 1 BHK of size 750 sq.ft (1 Bed Room, Hall, Kitchen, toilet and Sitout). The Cost of the construction will be around Rs.7.5 Lakhs.
In case you construct a cottage on you farm plot we will take up the maintenance of the same, which includes upkeep of the cottage, letting out the cottage to the tourists, money collected there by will be handed over to you. You can stay in your cottage in weekends during this time we will be providing food.
